Your role
You’ll be working across the soft services division managing both grounds maintenance & cleaning contracts in the residential sector. You’ll be leading a team of soft service professionals – Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning teams. Your role will be to ensure the delivery of effective, efficient and profitable contracts whilst managing key stakeholder relationships. This role is covering contracts between Birmingham to Luton.
About you
- An experienced Contracts Manager within Soft Services – Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance management experience
- Previous experience of managing residential contracts would be highly advantageous
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- An appetite for growth and development both personally and for your organisation
- Having experience of working across both cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts would be the perfect blend of experience for these contracts.
