Compliance Engineer

Position: Commercial Gas Compliance Engineer

Location: Northamptonshire

Salary: up to £50,000 plus package

Duration: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong Commercial Gas background for a full-time permanent position as a Compliance Engineer.

This position will be working for a very well-established HVAC company that is dealing with Commercial Heating Installation projects across the region.

This position will be dealing with the Compliance for each project, which includes:

1. Working closely with subcontractors
2. Sourcing parts and preparing small quotations when needed
3. Ensuring that all subcontractors are compliant
4. Site meetings
5. Potential on-site project management
6. Signing off the work and project once completed
7. Making sure that the clients’ files are up to date and compliant
8. Providing technical support to the subcontractors and clients

The right person for this position will have a strong commercial gas background and must hold or have held commercial gas certificates. A strong working knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations is essential.

This is an office and field-based role, so a full UK driving licence is required.
