Job Title: CNC Turner

Location: Kettering

Shift: Monday-Friday 7AM-4:15 with an early finish on a Friday 37.5 hours

Pay: £33,687

Experience

• Operate and set up CNC lathes and turning centers
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Work to tight tolerances with attention to detail
• Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Select and set cutting tools and work-holding devices
• Follow health & safety procedures
• Good teamwork and communication skills

Candidate

• 1-3 years operating CNC lathes or turning centers
• Reading engineering drawings and checking measurements
• Setting up tooling and work-holding devices
• CNC programming experience is a plus
