Carpenter/Multi Trade

We are looking for a Carpenter/Multi Trade in the Northampton area working for a well-established company within the social housing sector. This is a permanent position, working on the repairs team, within domestic properties, where a company van and fuel card is supplied from day one!

As the Carpenter/Multi Trade you will be responsible for:

• Carpentry repairs – hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting, architraves etc.
• Maintenance plumbing – fitting taps, sinks, toilets etc.
• Patch plastering, patch tiling, painting etc.
• Laying Vinyl flooring

The successful Carpenter/Multi Trade will:

• Have a Full UK Driving License
• Have their own tools
• Be time served or have relevant qualifications
• Have relevant industry experience

In return, the Carpenter/Multi Trade receive:

• £32,500 basic salary
• 5% bonus every year
• Company van and fuel card included
• Weekly payments (CIS payments available)
• Permanent work
• Immediate start
