Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £20,330.48 per year (pro rata of £23,493.00 full-time)
Contract: Part year – 40 working weeks per year
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7.00am–3.00pm; Friday, 7.00am–2.30pm

We’re looking for a Transport Administrator to join our friendly and hardworking Transport Team, part of Student Services. You’ll play a key role in keeping our vehicle fleet running smoothly and helping support students\’ transport needs.
What you’ll do:
- Help manage our vehicles, making sure records are kept up to date and maintenance is carried out on time.
- Track vehicle repairs, defects, and keep the insurance (MID) database updated.
- Keep driver records up to date, run annual licence checks, and help arrange minibus assessments.
- Order fuel, AdBlue, and vehicle parts, and handle purchase orders.
- Support the Transport Manager, help with trip bookings, and deal with transport enquiries.
What we’re looking for:
- A confident communicator who works well with others.
- Able to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Great attention to detail and good at organising tasks.
- Experience in admin or transport is helpful but not essential.
