We are hiring an experienced Bathroom Designer to join a high-end showroom team in Northamptonshire. You will work with premium products, design bespoke spaces, and deliver exceptional service to retail clients.
Salary: Β£25,500 + Generous commission structure
Job Type: Permanent - Full Time
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday - 9:00 - 17:00
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients, from initial showroom consultation, creation of first-class designs, closing the sale, site visits and installation.
- Represent the brand, delivering the high expectations required of the brand.
- Conduct home consultations for the department, as agreed by the company, to provide the customer with a commercially viable and technically accurate design scheme.
- Present to the client a detailed product specification incorporating all relevant department products and other relevant products as appropriate, along with estimates for all necessary products for the implementation of that design.
- Work with the Installation Team in providing accurate and timely design briefs and drawings ensuring installation can be undertaken in accordance with relevant regulations (if appropriate) and to enable turnaround times from estimating to order conversion and installation completion to be kept to a minimum.
- Project manage all orders and customer queries raised for the client, including site visits, stock availability, delivery and installation dates as per internal procedures and timescales.
- Proactively work to generate leads and work effectively as part of a team, assisting in the delivery of superb showroom standards.
