A local Automatic Door Company are seeking Skilled Automatic Door Engineers across several locations, including Leicester, Corby, Rugby, Northampton, and Cambridgeshire.
A successful Automatic Door Engineer within the business will receive;
- 33 Days Holiday (including Bank Holidays)

- Premium Overtime Rates: Time and a half (x1.5) after 40 hours Double time (x2) on Sundays and Bank Holidays

An Automatic Door Engineer will be responsible for:
- Conducting routine and reactive maintenance on automatic swing and slide doors
- Troubleshoot faults and carry out repairs with minimal downtime
- Work collaboratively with production and other departments to ensure efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and follow EN16005 regulations
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times
What We\’re Looking For:
- Previous experience within an door engineering, maintenance role
- Strong mechanical or electrical fault-finding skills (EN16005)
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Relevant engineering qualifications or apprenticeships are desirable
