The Role

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons in Art and Design Technology across KS3 and KS4
  • Foster creativity, critical thinking, and practical skills in students of all abilities
  • Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with curriculum expectations
  • Contribute to a collaborative department with a focus on high standards and student progress
  • Participate in extra-curricular activities and enrichment opportunities within the subject

We are looking for someone who

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
  • Has experience teaching Art and/or Design Technology at secondary level
  • Is passionate about developing creativity in young people
  • Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a commitment to high-quality teaching and learning
  • Is enthusiastic, motivated, and a positive team player
