IRD Recruitment is currently hiring 7.5T Delivery Drivers to join our team, supporting a well-established client based in Daventry, Northamptonshire. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with full training, great benefits, and real potential for career growth.

The Role at a Glance:
- Shift Pattern: 4 shifts per week (Monday–Saturday rota)
- Start Time: Between 05:00 – 06:00
- Shift Length: 12–14 hours
- Night Out Required: Paid dinner, hotel & breakfast.
- Contract Type: Temp-to-perm after 12weeks
- Additional Shifts: Available
Training: Full training provided (including appliance installation and removals)
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and install large domestic appliances as part of a one- or two-person team
- Deliver to the customer’s room of choice
- Unpack appliances and remove packaging
- Install new and remove old appliances (full training provided)
What You’ll Need:
- Full UK driving licence (valid for at least 2 years)
- Must be 21+ (for insurance purposes)
- Experience with 7.5T multi-drop delivery (white goods experience is a plus)
- Physically fit – this role involves manual handling
- Comfortable using technology (e.g., handheld devices)
- Able to work independently and within a 2-person team
- Strong focus on customer experience
- Punctual, professional, and polite
- Excellent communication skills
