Northampton Academy are seeking to appoint a Senior Facilities Assistant to join our team on a permanent, full‑time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in facilities management within a supportive and forward‑thinking environment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the Academy provides a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors. Beyond day‑to‑day responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to take on more advanced tasks, support the wider facilities function, and deputise when required, making this an ideal stepping stone into a future management role. Responsibilities:- Work as part of a flexible, enthusiastic and hard‑working team.
- Have Health & Safety training and uniform provided.
- Have sufficient stamina, energy and good health to cope with a demanding and pressured role.
Hours: 37.5 hours/week (12pm-8pm Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri, 1pm-9pm Weds) during term time, 9am-5pm during school closure times.
