We work with some of the world’s leading technology vendors and support a strong network of channel partners across the UK and Europe. We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Support professional to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and enjoys supporting sales teams, building relationships with partners, and ensuring smooth order processing.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the sales team with quotes, orders, and partner enquiries
  • Preparing pricing and sales documentation for channel partners
  • Processing orders and coordinating with procurement and logistics teams
  • Liaising with vendors to obtain pricing and deal registrations
  • Monitoring order progress and keeping customers updated
  • Maintaining accurate records within CRM and internal systems
  • Supporting vendor promotions and sales campaigns

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.
  • Prepare and process customer quotations in line with vendor pricing and company margins.
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, bids, and sales documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, quotes, and orders within CRM systems.
  • Support the sales team with deal registrations and vendor portal submissions.
  • Order Processing & Coordination
    • Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry into internal systems.
    • Liaise with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
    • Monitor order status and provide updates to customers and sales representatives.
    • Resolve order discrepancies or issues efficiently.
  • Customer & Partner Support
    • Act as a key point of contact for partners and customers regarding order status, pricing, and product availability.
    • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with channel partners.
    • Respond promptly to enquiries and provide accurate information on products and services.
