I'm currently working with a well-established and growing façade contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced QA Manager to support the delivery of their expanding project portfolio. The business operates across refurbishment, remediation and recladding schemes, delivering a wide range of façade and external envelope packages. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong quality background in façades, cladding, building envelope or a related construction sector who is looking to play a key role in maintaining and driving quality standards across multiple projects. The Role As QA Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control activities across a range of façade projects, ensuring all works are delivered in line with specifications, approved details, industry standards and client requirements. Working closely with Contracts Managers, Project Managers, Site Teams, Designers and Clients, you will be responsible for: * Managing QA/QC processes across live projects * Developing and implementing project quality plans and inspection procedures * Conducting site inspections, audits and compliance reviews * Ensuring installation works meet drawings, specifications and approved details * Managing ITPs, quality records and project documentation * Identifying quality issues and driving corrective actions * Supporting site teams with technical and compliance requirements * Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors on quality matters * Monitoring subcontractor and supply chain performance * Maintaining accurate project records and reporting * Driving continuous improvement across company quality systems About You We're keen to speak with candidates who have previous experience in a QA, Quality Engineer or Quality Manager role within the façade, cladding or wider building envelope sector. Experience with systems such as: * Rainscreen Cladding * Curtain Walling * SFS * Render Systems * EWI * Insulation * Recladding & Remediation would be highly advantageous. You will have a strong eye for detail, a proactive approach to quality management and the ability to work effectively with both site and management teams. Qualifications such as CSWIP, CQI, ISO or other construction-related quality certifications would be beneficial but are not essential.
