We are looking for highly experienced decorators to work on an assisted living facility.
You will be decorating all communal areas within the building and be required to sand down, clean and paint all required rooms as well as carrying out any other general decorating tasks required.
CSCS Card is ideal but not essential due to not being a live construction site. In the absence of a qualification must be able to provide evidence of time served work.
Due to working in a live building must have excellent communication skills and be friendly and approachable as will be having day to day interactions with staff.
Starts on 17/08 - 2 to 3 weeks work.
Potential for more work should you do a good job.
Job is paid CIS so must have a personal UTR number. You are paid directly by the end-client who pays a week in hand. Must provide an invoice every week.
Working hours are open to discussion but potentially around 8am-4pm - There is also potential for weekends.
