What You’ll Do
- Provide customers with industry‑leading installation, commissioning, and servicing.
- Install, commission, and service video surveillance, access control, intruder detection, life safety, audio visual, and PAVA systems.
- Use site plans and survey documentation to plan and deliver accurate system installations.
- Deliver retrofit upgrades and remedial works to existing systems.
- Ensure work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
- Deliver on‑site technical support and advice to customers.
- Keep documentation accurate and in line with industry, regulatory, and company standards.
- Work safely and proactively.
What You’ll Bring
- Technical expertise and knowledge across safety and security systems.
- Experience in security system networking.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of system design, pricing, and upgrades.
- Familiarity and accreditations with manufacturers, including Bosch, Dahua, Hikvision, Gent, Advanced, Gallagher, PAC, Win‑Pak, Veracity, Milestone.
- Experience of working in a BAFE/SSAIB/NSI accredited company.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience working within the public sector would be advantageous.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to quality and best practice.
- Strong communication skills.
Certifications / Qualifications
- Valid CSCS/ECS Card.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
- IPAF/PASMA/Asbestos Awareness certification.
- Recent or current electrical qualification advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence.
