As part of our rapid expansion, our IT department is growing along with us. We are now looking for a Systems Support Technician who is seeking an opportunity to join our ranks and support with the heart of our business.
The Role
As Systems Support Technician you will provide day-to-day operational support for Lane7’s core business systems, including the booking system, EPOS and other third-party operational platforms. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate system configuration, supporting venue and operational requests, and ensuring systems are kept up to date and functioning as expected. The role works closely with the Business Systems Administrator to resolve issues, implement fixes, and support ongoing system improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide operational support for core business systems including booking, EPOS, HR, and related platforms.
- Respond to system-related requests from venues and central teams.
- Ensure systems are functioning correctly and issues are logged, tracked, and progressed.
- Ensure changes are implemented accurately and in line with agreed processes.
- Support investigation of system issues alongside the Business Systems Administrator.
- Carry out agreed fixes, configuration changes, or data updates as part of issue resolution.
To be a success with Lane7, you’ll:
- Have experience supporting business systems or third-party platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with live systems.
- Confidence making configuration changes and validating outcomes.
- Ability to follow structured processes while managing multiple requests.
- Clear communication skills with non-technical users.
- Have the ability to travel when needed for new site openings, training and other business needs.
