Our Support Service functions work in collaboration across North Yorkshire Police and North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service, providing vital shared expertise to deliver efficient and effective service to our communities.
The Opportunity
We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our Niche Team within the Information Management Department. As a Niche Systems Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operational effectiveness of North Yorkshire Police through the maintenance and enhancement of our core recording system, Niche RMS. This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for those who thrive on solving problems, working collaboratively, and taking initiative. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting and developing the Niche Records Management System to meet operational and strategic requirements
- Delivering high quality customer service to users across the force
- Playing a key role in the testing and implementation of system and business changes
- Working independently and proactively to identify and resolve system issues
- Collaborating with a multi-skilled team to improve system performance and user experience
