We are seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of mixed-use property assets owned by North Yorkshire Council.
You\'ll be solely responsible for the day-to-day management of a large, diverse estate, ensuring high standards of maintenance, compliance, and operational efficiency across all sites.

What You\'ll Be Doing:
  • Manage hard and soft FM services across multiple sites
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory and environmental standards
  • Oversee contractors, budgets, and maintenance schedules
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements in estate performance

What We\'re looking for:
  • Substantial experience in facilities management, ideally in large, mixed-use estates
  • Proven ability to manage complex portfolios independently
  • Strong working knowledge of compliance, contractor management, and FM systems
  • Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Be IT proficient, including the use of Microsoft packages
  • Hold a full UK Drivers license
