The Personalised Learning College (PLC) in North Yorkshire seeks a Wellbeing and Personal Development Lead to shape inclusive, trauma-informed practice and oversee wellbeing and PSHE/RSE across our specialist post-16 provision. You will provide strategic and hands-on leadership for wellbeing, learner voice, and safeguarding-aligned curriculum, working with SEND professionals, safeguarding teams, teaching staff and external partners to improve engagement, attendance, resilience and outcomes.
