North Yorkshire Council seeks an experienced Tribunal, Dispute Resolution and Complaints Lead for the SEND Assessment Service (0–25).
You will lead SEND tribunal appeals, complaints and dispute resolution, coordinating with families, schools and partners to secure lawful outcomes.
You will provide expert SENDIST guidance, supervise teams, deliver training, monitor trends and contribute to strategic SEND developments across education, health and social care.
