North Yorkshire Council is looking for a Programme Manager to oversee the delivery of strategic transformation programmes. The role combines home working with a minimum of 2 days weekly in-office at local hubs in Northallerton, Harrogate, Scarborough, and Selby.
The ideal candidate will have proven programme management expertise, leadership skills, and experience managing complex stakeholders.
