North Yorkshire Council is looking to recruit Relief Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMHPs) to join our Emergency Duty Team (EDT). This is a flexible, out-of-hours role providing Mental Health Act assessments across North Yorkshire and the City of York.
As part of the EDT, relief AMHPs collaborate with health colleagues, police and ambulance services to ensure timely and effective interventions, with opportunities to develop AMHP practice in a supportive environment.
