About the role:
We have a large group of primary schools we cater for; some serve around 350 meals a day and currently cater for 1 secondary and 3 special schools. We offer 4 healthy school lunch options all prepared on site with fresh ingredients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Catering Manager in delivering an efficient catering service to the highest food safety standards.
- Carry out basic food preparation.
- Set out and put away dining room furniture.
- Serve meals to students and staff.
- Wash up and clean the kitchen and dining room.
- Work closely with area management team and build relationships across the catering teams.
