We’re looking for a dynamic and customer focused individual to join our team to collaborate on the design and delivery of innovative services that improve the customer experience and reduce demand across all channels.
As an Implementation Officer you’ll use data, insight, and technology to influence behaviour, streamline journeys, and ensure our services meet evolving customer needs while improving efficiency and performance.
The role offers Hybrid working, with the expectation to attend in person meetings in Harrogate and Northallerton.
Duties and responsibilities….
- Service transformation: Implement new and improved services across all customer channels, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience.
- Optimise performance: Monitor and enhance the performance of demand management tools and customer engagement platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Customer Services, Technology, and services across NYC to align tools and processes with business and customer needs.
- Ensure service continuity: Develop robust support structures and contingency plans for all tools and platforms.
