North Yorkshire Education Services (NYES) HR is a trading service for education settings within and beyond North Yorkshire. We are 100% funded by education clients. Our team operates with a highly commercial, professional approach, delivering high‑standard HR advisory support to more than 400 educational settings.
Responsibilities
- You will act as the strategic HR partner for a portfolio of our largest Multi‑Academy Trusts, supporting them to deliver their HR priorities and serving as an extended member of their senior management teams.
- Your role involves:
- Partnering with CEOs, Trustees, COO and other senior professionals to understand each Trust’s context, culture, terms and conditions and policies;
- Delivering a tailored HR service relative to organisational needs;
- Managing a complex employee‑relations caseload and supervising HR advisers on a day‑to‑day basis;
- Advising on safeguarding allegations, appeal panels and, when required, providing advanced investigative services.
Given the autonomous, commercial and specialist nature of the role, we are ideally looking for an existing HRBP or senior practitioner with extensive experience in the education sector.
