Our Housing Renewal Service is dedicated to improving the quality of housing and living conditions for our community. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Housing Renewal Operations Manager to lead our efforts in revitalising and renewing housing services.

The Role:

  • Assist with delivery of high-quality services within the Housing Renewal Service with a particular focus on preventative solutions for older, disabled and vulnerable people including our Lifeline Service.
  • Develop and implement strategies for housing renewal projects.
  • Line Management responsibilities within a small team.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of housing renewal initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including local authorities, contractors, and community groups.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, and outcomes.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during projects.
