North Yorkshire Council is seeking a Tribunal, Dispute Resolution and Complaints Lead within the SEND Assessment Service (0β25) to lead SEND tribunals, complaints and dispute resolution processes. You will work with families, schools, legal representatives and health and social care partners to secure lawful outcomes and coordinate responses across the service. The role requires extensive SEND legislation knowledge, experience in SEND tribunals, and the ability to supervise and develop staff.
