We’re looking for Ground Maintenance Team Leader to join our team in Selby.

The role

As our Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising staff as part of a team to undertake a wide range of grounds maintenance tasks and duties including sports pitch marking, hedge cutting, shrub and rose bed maintenance, as well as the use of grass cutters and other machinery.

  • Managing staff and leading a team
  • Working within grounds maintenance
  • The use of ride-on and pedestrian grass cutting machinery
  • Knowledge and understanding of health and safety at work
  • Knowledge of play park inspections to ROSPA standard
  • As the role covers the district you will require a full driving licence.
