Working in adult social care, you will make a real difference to people\’s lives every day. Requirements
You do not need specific experience or qualifications to start your career in care. If you are caring, compassionate and willing to get stuck in, we will have a role for you. Once started, most employers offer the opportunity to study towards social care qualifications such as Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
