You will work closely with senior leaders, service managers, and technology teams to understand business needs, shape demand, and translate strategic objectives into clear, prioritised technology outcomes. This is an influential role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, commercial awareness, and a deep understanding of how technology can enable high‑quality, efficient public services.

Job Summary: You will act as the primary technology relationship lead for designated directorates or service areas, building strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation. By developing a clear understanding of business strategies, challenges, and priorities, you will ensure these are accurately reflected in technology roadmaps and investment plans, helping services make informed decisions about how technology can best support their objectives. Working collaboratively with delivery teams, you will lead demand management, shaping, challenging, and prioritising requests for technology change to ensure focus on value and outcomes. You will translate business requirements into clear, achievable deliverables, support the development of business cases and benefits realisation plans, and ensure solutions are sustainable, secure, and compliant with governance and regulatory requirements. Acting as a key communication conduit, you will keep stakeholders informed of progress and risks while championing continuous improvement on the use of technology.

Experience / Qualifications: Proven experience in a business relationship management, service management, or senior stakeholder engagement role, ideally within technology or digital services.
