At North Yorkshire Council, we are looking to recruit Business Analysts to join our Transformation service, helping to identify, develop, and deliver positive change across all council services.

The role offers hybrid working, combining home working with a minimum of 2 days per week in an office at one of our newly established local transformation hubs at Northallerton, Harrogate, Scarborough, and Selby.

Within this role, you will:

  1. Work with a wide range of stakeholders across the Council to identify opportunities for change.
  2. Develop and present cases for change to senior management and Council partners.
  3. Manage and undertake analysis activities to define opportunities, benefits, and action plans.
  4. Understand and represent customer interests, requirements, and perspectives throughout analysis work and project lifecycles.
  5. Review the impact and success of initiatives to assess and quantify the realization of benefits.
  6. Be part of a supportive and dedicated Business Analysis team committed to delivering positive change.

Within the Transformation directorate, we place people at the heart of our work, and Business Analysts are vital in ensuring that change initiatives and opportunities are right for North Yorkshire Council and its citizens.
