Support Worker D447

1 or 2 Support Worker(s) are required to offer companionship, support and guidance to a young Autistic man for 7 hours every alternate Saturday. Occasional Sunday and additional hours during the week are also available.

Duties

• Provide companionship and accompany the individual to chosen activities such as cinema, bowling, car boot sales and shopping.
• Arrangements may include paid weekend away outings with the young man.
• Personal care is not involved.

Hours

Up to 25 hours per week available from 9 am to 5 pm.

Pay

£13.25 per hour.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence.
• DBS check.
• References.
• Experience working with autism: 1 year (preferred).
• English language proficiency (preferred).
• Driving licence (preferred).
