We are looking for a Personal Support Assistant/Gym Buddy is required for up to 4 hours per week to support a young man attend gym sessions/interests.
The young man has autism, PDHD and OCD behaviours, he enjoys going to the gym and gaming (Pokémon Go!) the hours are to be split into 2 x 2 hour shifts, preferably on an early evening during term-time and can be daytime hours in college holidays. The days are flexible and to be mutually agreed at interview level.
Rate of pay is £15.65 per hour
It is essential that the support assistance has a clean UK driving licence and has own car as the young man lives in a rural area.
A DBS is required for this position.
