About the Role
Hours of work are based on 1404 annualised hours. You will be required to work longer hours during the operating season (March to November) to deliver the annual North Yorkshire Pullman dining services and less during our closed winter period. The North Yorkshire Pullman dining train operates 4 lunchtimes per week (includes weekends & 6 evening shifts this season), you will work 5 shifts per week, usually including 4 days per week, front of house on the Pullman Dining Train and 1 day in a tearoom/Onboard Catering Steward. Shifts will be worked across the catering departments during winter operating at either Grosmont or Pickering Station.

You Will
- Assist the Pullman Train Manager in successfully delivering the calendar of the Pullman services in a fast paced, catering environment (including weekends).
- Deliver exceptional customer service, serving the Pullman Dining passengers & Tea Room customers and passengers of the NYMR.
- Assist with the preparation and service of food and beverages.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the Pullman Dining Train.
- Be aware of good Health & Safety compliance requirements and working practices.
- 1 shift per week will be worked in either a Tea Room, Onboard Catering, Cleaning or assisting the Chef in the Kitchen.
