There are 6 evening services which run instead of the lunchtime service. Each Pullman service is a three-course meal, pre-ordered in advance, so you will know exactly how many Pullman customers you are catering for, and we currently have a maximum of 113 covers per service, plus an onboard charter carriage of up to 18 pre-ordered covers.
