As a Medicine Counter Assistant in a community pharmacy, you will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, providing friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service. Working under the guidance of a registered pharmacist, you will assist with the sale and supply of over-the-counter medicines, offer advice on minor ailments, and ensure customers receive safe and effective care.

Your responsibilities will also include processing prescriptions, managing stock levels, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and supporting the overall efficiency of the pharmacy.
