Location: North West Trucks, Huyton, L36 6AJ

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, i.e. 40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch break (unpaid).

Salary: Dependent on experience (will be discussed at interview stage).

North West Trucks is looking for a motivated and commercially astute Business Development Manager to join the parts department, to drive growth, win new business, and strengthen relationships across the region. We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our team in Huyton. This is a key role focused on identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our product and service offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial vehicle sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Promote the full range of North West Trucks products and services.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Ideally, we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role (automotive or commercial vehicles preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
