North West Trucks are looking for an experienced and motivated Nightshift Supervisor to lead our busy Warrington workshop operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and commercial vehicle workshop experience to join a professional and growing team.
As Nightshift Supervisor, you will oversee the smooth and efficient running of the workshop during night operations, ensuring high standards of productivity, safety, and customer service are maintained at all times.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6.00 pm to 6.30 am
- Supervise and support the nightshift workshop team.
- Allocate workloads and manage daily workshop activity.
- Monitor productivity and workshop performance.
- Support and develop technicians through coaching and guidance.
- Liaise with management and customers regarding vehicle progress.
- Maintain accurate job and workshop documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or workshop leadership role.
- HGV/commercial vehicle workshop experience preferred.
- Good understanding of workshop health & safety procedures.
