North West Trucks is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead its Warrington workshop, overseeing a skilled team of technicians and apprentices and ensuring high standards of repair quality. The role focuses on scheduling, performance tracking, health and safety compliance, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced commercial vehicle environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position with a Monday–Friday pattern and opportunities to drive continuous improvement and staff.
