North West Trucks is looking for a motivated and commercially astute Business Development Manager to drive growth, win new business, and strengthen relationships across the region. We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our team in Huyton. This is a key role focused on identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our product and service offering.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, i.e. 40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch break (unpaid).
Salary: Dependent on experience (will be discussed at interview stage).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial vehicle sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote the full range of North West Trucks products and services.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing deals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Ideally, we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role (automotive or commercial vehicles preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
