DACS Service Administrator

Weare looking for an organised, compassionate, and highly efficient Service Administrator tojoin our busy healthcare team. You will be the first point of contact for ourpatients and the backbone of our daily clinic operations, ensuring a seamlessand welcoming environment.
Working Monday - Friday 9.30am to 13.00 hours Remote & onsite
The post holder will act as the DACS Service Administrator and will support the Service Manager with the day to dayappointment management for DACS clinical services and High Risk asthma teamClinics on EMIS/Surgery Connect/NHS Mail.
Main duties of the job
- Contacting and booking patients appointments
- Tracing and registering patients onto the NICS EMIS system.
- Sending and managing reminder messages and information leaflets.
- Rebooking patients previously triaged.
- Pulling reports from EMIS web
- Keeping referral spreadsheets up to date.
- Monitor High Risk Asthma team shared email and liaise with practices as required.

Qualifications
- * GCSE English and maths or equivalent
- * Evidence of ongoing professional development
Experience
- * Good communication and interpersonal skills
- * Experience with technology and software.(Microsoft office)Excel and Word
- * Must be prepared to undertake all mandatory/essential training
- * Flexible approach to the needs of the department/service
- * Experience of operating NHS IT Systems
