The College is seeking applications for a PEACEPLUS Project Officer – Green Clubs for an 18-month fixed-term post.
The postholder will support sports clubs in undergoing environmental ‘green’ transformations and embedding sustainability within their own clubs and across communities.
Green Clubs Project Information
This project is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
The project aims to raise awareness of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, build leadership and capacity, share best practices, support practical environmental initiatives, and develop a ‘Green Club Toolkit’ for dissemination.
This is a fully tendered project led by North West Regional College, funded by PeacePlus, with strategic links to the Green Infrastructure Team at Derry City and Strabane District Council.
