The College are recruiting for Support Workers - Learning Link for permanent and temporary positions that arise across our campuses in Derry~Londonderry, Limavady and Strabane. Support Workers provide support to students with disabilities, medical conditions, mental health difficulties and specific learning difficulties through their learning journey and in accordance with agreed procedures.

If you are successful at interview you will be placed on a list and contacted as work becomes available.

Contract Information

  • Salary: Band 3 - Β£13.62 - Β£13.84 per hour
  • Hours: Contracts up to 20 hours per week
  • Working Pattern: Term-time
  • Annual Leave: 23 days annual leave per annum pro rata. Term-time employees must work term time as set by the annual curriculum. Term time, part-time employees are entitled to a pro rata equivalent of annual leave and statutory leave in accordance with the number of hours and number of weeks they work each year. Term time staff are required to use the balance of their annual leave entitlement (including statutory entitlement) outside of term time i.e. during July and August each year.
  • Pension: NILGOSC Pension Scheme
