- Salary: Negotiable in the range of $75,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation per annum
- Tenure: Full time and ongoing
- Rostered shifts across both weekdays and weekends, as required.
Responsibilities
- High standard meals preparation and quality control (checks of raw materials, temperature controls).
- Ensure compliance of the HACCP system regarding food handling procedures by strictly adhering to food safety logs, temperature checks, and hygiene protocols.
- Portion and plate foods in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Hygienic food storage in refrigerators.
- Training of kitchen staff and apprentices as required.
