You’ll help keep our workforce systems running smoothly, improve the quality of our HR data, and produce accurate, timely information that supports great decisions across the Council, and ultimately better services for our communities.

What you’ll be doing:
- Provide day-to-day administration and support for our HR/workforce systems (including user queries and access where appropriate).
- Maintain, validate and reconcile workforce data so it is accurate, consistent and fit for reporting.
- Produce regular reports and dashboards to support workforce intelligence and performance monitoring.
- Support statutory/council returns and respond to FOI requests using robust checks and clear documentation.
- Work with HR colleagues, Payroll, ICT and suppliers to resolve issues and support system updates and improvements.
36.25 hrs per week with an annual starting salary of £32,597 per annum, band (£32,597 to £36,363). Agile working scheme with a combination of home and office working. 34 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 38 days after 5 years (full time equivalent). Attractive Local Government Pension Scheme with at least 22% employer’s contribution. Employee benefits programme including payback on medical, dental and optical expenses.
