The predicted salary is between 28598 - 28598 £ per year.
We are looking for someone with previous experience of working with members of the public both on the telephone and face to face, as you will be the tenants' first point of contact for the Housing Management Team. The team prides itself on providing excellent customer services and you must be able to provide clear advice on tenancy and rent queries (training will be given to help you do this). You also need to be able to stay calm, as you will sometimes be dealing with difficult situations.
In addition to providing support to the council's Housing Officers and wider Housing Management Team, you will also be responsible for the case management of Right to Buy and Mutual Exchange applications.

- 36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary starting at £28,598
