Building on our commitments to improve tenant feedback and performance, we are looking for a passionate individual to join our Building Safety and Tenant Involvement team who will play a key role in maintaining and improving our performance and relationships with tenants.
You’ll combine a customer focused approach, working closely with tenants, with the ability to analyse and produce information to a variety of audiences showcasing how the department is performing. This will include meeting with tenants and providing a feedback loop to improve the connection between our lessons learnt and what the customer sees as change as well as being the departments lead on benchmarking.
- 36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary starting at £32,597 (band £32,597 to £36,363)
