Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering excellent property services? We are seeking a motivated and forward‐thinking Repairs and Maintenance Manager to lead our Responsive Repairs, Voids and Minor Works team. This is a key role in helping us deliver a modern, effective and customer‐focused repairs and maintenance service for our tenants and communities.
You will be responsible for managing the day‐to‐day delivery of responsive repairs, ensuring high standards of workmanship, customer service and productivity. With a strong focus on disrepair, damp and mould, complex repairs and service improvement, you will drive performance, value for money and positive outcomes for our tenants.
