It is an exciting time for Council’s working with the Private Rented sector with changes to legislation creating both opportunities and challenges for us. We are looking for a Private Rented Sector Liaison Officer to work alongside our housing advice service to make best use of the PRS as part of our housing offer.
You will have a genuine commitment to customer service and a knowledge of the sector, be self-motivated and innovative. This role will be an opportunity to make a real difference to our customers. The post is for a fixed term of twelve months.
- 36.25 hrs per week
- Annual salary starting at £37,280 (band £37,280 to £40,777)
- Agile working scheme with a combination of home and office working
- 34 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 38 days after 5 years (full time equivalent)
- Attractive Local Government Pension Scheme with at least 22% employer’s contribution
