To provide full PA support to the Corporate Leadership Team (CLT). You will act as a point of access to the Corporate Leadership Team, providing a full secretarial and administrative service to help the senior leadership team to utilise their time effectively.

Key tasks include:

  • Diary management
  • Supporting meetings
  • Liaising with elected members (Councillors) and external contacts

To be successful in this role you must have at least one year’s secretarial experience supporting senior leaders. You need excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written), be able to work in a confidential manner, prioritise workloads and work to deadlines.

23.5 hours per week with an annual starting salary of £17,116 (2026 pay award pending).

Agile working scheme with a combination of home and working from the office on a rota basis.

34 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 38 days after 5 years (full time equivalent and pro rata to length of contract).
