This is a Multi Skilled Plasterer position within a busy team responsible for a wide range of repairs, maintenance and improvement works across the council’s housing stock. Most of the work will be carried out in void properties, with some in occupied properties. We are ideally seeking a versatile and experienced tradesperson with a broad skillset to help maintain and improve our properties.
You will be working in a customer focused team and you must be able to consistently deliver excellent customer service and the quality of your work must be to the required standards.
- 37 hrs per week with an annual salary of £34,396
- 34 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 38 days after 5 years (full time equivalent)
- Attractive Local Government Pension Scheme with at least 22% employer’s contribution
